This extremely rare silver medal of Thomas Banks R. A. by L. C. Wyon was issued by the Art Union of London in 1858 (BHM 633). The reverse shows a nude male, part of the decoration of the tomb of Sir Erye Coote in Westminster Abbey. Only 32 medals in silver were issued. The medal is 55mm diameter and its condition is about EF. Payment by bank transfer, or Sterling, Dollar or Euro cheque only.
